Schedule : Arrive between 3 and 3:15./ Coaches Meeting at 3:30 (start/finish area) 4 PM - Jr. High Course preview (1 mile) 4:15 - Older girls course preview (2 miles) 4:35 - Older boys course preview (2 miles) 4:50 - Watermelon and cool down/pick up *. The two mile course is exactly what we will run on Oct. 17th but just one loop instead of two - Coach Humbert will provide maps and more info at Coaches Meeting. A clock will be set up in case you want your kids to see their time. We will have a trainer on site. | ||
